Job details:

Promote trust and respect among associates.

Gain knowledge of products sold with the departments.
Acknowledge, assist and appreciate.
Learn processes Cash, Checks, Debit, Snap, EBT, WiC, Rain Checks, Coupons per our policy.
Understand shortages or overages and work honestly and effectively.
Learn to check ID for restricted items like Tobacco and Alcohol.
Collaborate with Frint-end associates through teamwork.
Report pricing discrepancies to Dept Leaders.
Learn to run large lanes and self-check out.
Clean area for a quick safe check out.
Put the customer first be friendly and kind.
Communicate and be respectful with sense of urgency.
Promptness to work on time.
Adhere to all local and state laws per our guidelines.
Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
Clean up spills around area of workspace or ability to ask for help when needed.
Come to work clean in fresh clothes, neat and trim appearance ready for workday.
Comfortable to work as a team or independent with shift times 6a.m-10p.m.
Bagging orders and openness to cross train in other dept. as needed.
Return unbought items to the shelf or department they are from to protect freshness.
